Let me tell ya, every time i call in with questions, i always get THE best customer service! I just got off the phone with Tracy who assisted with my policy and she was TERRIFIC!!! We had such a great time chuckling up a few laughs because my policy was just a mess but she went above and beyond to help me resolve all of my issues! I really hope that if I need to call back for any reason in the future, I hope I get her again lol thank you for all that you do! Thank you Tracy, you rock!!!! 😂😊

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. My dog had an accident in 2013 which was a minor bull of 158$ which never got reimbursed. He now had an accident which lead to brain damage either stroke or tumor which as I didn’t want to put him under anesthesia for MRI couldn’t be ruled out and he deteriorated in health within a week so I had to put him to sleep and the insurance says pre existent condition(“illness” they called it. As if I would go for an “illness” to the ED!)! A dog that ran and walked daily 1-2 hours and jumped 2-3 feet high without any elevated blood levels or any medications! He had head trauma from his accident when he fell and they say “illness” or “preexisting” condition! I paid 12 years, never anything after the accident january 2013 and now at his last accident for which I took him to the hospital trying to save his life which cost him his life within a week they say “illness” and it IS NOT covered under their “accident” insurance!!! Worst insurance ever. Absolutely horrible and nobody on the phone to help. I wish I did never sign up for this crap and had saved the money I would still have extra money over from what I paid them and still have covered all the expenses I had now. This insurance is a fraud.

Healthy Paws has been a great insurance company to work with for the needs of my beloved dog. She has had to have a few procedures done and Healthy Paws not only covered the expenses but reimbursed us promptly. Their customer service is also top notch. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking for pet insurance for their pets.

Cancelled My Policy
I recently moved and had to get a new phone number. Shortly after I moved my credit card was compromised so I had to update my payment information but because I couldn't access my online account myself I had to wait until the following Monday. I called and was told the system was down so the payment information and new phone number couldn't be updated. I was told to call back in a few days, by which time my payment was late. I was told that this wouldn't be an issue, everything was updated and I thought it was fine. Then I got a registered letter. I was accidentally late with a second payment (my error this time) and got a registered letter and my policy was cancelled. I called to explain this and was told there was nothing to be done and I'd have to get a policy from another insurer. I called again and was told this issue would be escalated but I've heard nothing. Bad service, folks (I happen to work for Economical).

First Timer-Incredibly Positive Experience
We are new to the pet insurance industry. Prudent was out of this world helpful. They answered all of my questions in a very positive and informed manner. They provided extremely useful advice on which policy would best fit our needs without the hard push to sell something. There’s a reason they are so highly rated and I experienced all of it. I feel like I was listened to, heard and walked away feeling like I made the right decision with my needs and wants met. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
