Fetch Pet Insurance Is Worth It
I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay for pet insurance and which pet insurance to use since there are so many out there. We ended up having to put our last dog down because we couldn't afford the medical expenses and did not have insurance. With our new puppy I did not want to run into another situation like this. I decided to try out Fetch pet insurance after much research and due to their customization of what I wanted and the price. After our puppy broke his knee cap we found that he was going to need surgery, which wasn't going to be cheap. I decided to try and input a claim to see how it went and if it didn't go well I was just going to cancel the service. The process to submit the claim was super easy and hassle free. Fetch reviewed the claim and after a couple of weeks they deposited the money into my bank account based off my percentage and deductible. All that being said, I am very happy that I chose to get medical insurance for my puppy and am happy that I chose Fetch pet insurance. The process to set up, choose what I wanted, make a claim, and getting paid out was all wonderful, hassle free, and very easy. For me the service has already paid for itself and is worth my current monthly premium.

Our little Joey had to have BOAS…
Our little Joey had to have BOAS surgery for Soft Palat and Nares. I submitted for Pre-Auth and even though they said it would take a certain amount of days they approved and sent confirm to our Surgery center ASAP. Joey was doing well until he wasn't so an overnight stay was required at $1900.00 beyond the original authorization amount. Once I discussed with the surgery center they sent the invoice to Trupanion and the charges were approved immediately. I highly recommend Trupanion and will never go without it for our little Joey (French Bulldog)

While I love our insurance and have been with them for years, I am highly disappointed in the ability to contact someone in customer service whether it is on the phone or through chat. Always "No one available". I am tired of that. This is the exact reason I dropped my other insurance company. And I have 3 policies with this company on all my dogs.
