I’m very happy!
I’m very happy that my cat’s insurance covered most of her ER & vet follow up! She was so dehydrated & sick & I was so scared she wasn’t going to make it through. The ER was great & Trupanion reimbursed me very quickly after I submitted the receipts.

My dog needed an intentional surgery
My dog needed an intentional surgery. He wasn’t eating for a week so I brought him into the doctor knowing he probably ate something bad and had a blockage. My vet visit wasn’t covered, this visit diagnosed the problem. It wasn’t a well visit, this visit wasn’t covered, doesn’t seem right.

MetLife is so simple and reliable. I was worried at first I wouldn’t be able to understand everything needed for the claims but it was the easiest process. I enjoy the experience so much I referred my sister to the insurance for her new 3 month cat.

The time line
Don't know as I sent in claims. We'll see. Not crazy about having to get claims in with in a year even as you're still working on dog issue. I'm still paying so why not take care of claim. I've paid for it.
