The response time is so fast⦠I received payment before the bill cameâ¦such a relief! Trupanion is the best pet insurance!!! They paid 90 percent of my dogs claim after the 250 deductible..My pup because very sick with colitis and was faced with a big bill ..I was shocked when the receptionist ran the ins and said they paid the claim within 10 min of submitting..
