Always easy to submit claim
Always easy to submit claim. Only had to call once on prior claim. If there was a place to add notes to the claim adjuster it would be helpful I recommend MetLife pet insurance to many people not knowing what insurance to choose for their pets.

Trupanion has gone down the gutter
I used to love this company and the customer service. I would recommend it to anyone with a pet. But now the cost is incredibly high and I have no other options because my pets have pre-existing conditions. I upped my deductible but the savings don't keep up with the rising premiums. I'm at the point where I am considering just canceling and saving money on my own for vet needs as they arise because honestly it might save me more money than keeping this.
