Excellent experience
Claim was very easy vet uploaded through portal and approval received probably within half hour. I didn’t t have to do any paperwork just had to pay deductible and my portion. Email communication the whole way.

It’s okay… nothing I’d rave about
This is the more expensive pet insurance and it almost never works when I’m at the vet. I’ve had to pay first multiple times. The whole point of me getting this insurance is so it would pay upfront and then I cover my share. Plus it doesn’t cover as much as I thought.. AND they raised my monthly cost.
