Great experience with Fetch customer service!
I just adopted a kitten and was unsure what pet insurance would be best for her needs and my budget. I called Fetch customer service and spoke with Aileen. She answered all of my questions and even gave me a discount! Aileen was great, and I feel much more at peace now that my kitten is covered:)

If you love your pet, this is the best way to show it
With a minor issue of a supplement for a medical use of my dogs or a major surgery, (which one of them just underwent)Trupanion was there to take care of them. I’ve had dogs my entire life and I wish I had had this insurance on all of the previous ones. This is one of the better things that I’ve ever done. I know that they will be well taken care of no matter what their situations might be.

They can pay their claims
They can pay their claims. My dog died in May, 2025 and I have paid 8 years of premiums on time. When I filed the only claim for Lola they have given me the biggest runaround and as of October, 2025 I have not seen a dime. Now they only answer my inquires with a standard email about going to their help page. I have filed a Complaint with BBB and that got their attention for about 3 weeks. I am now filing a Complaint with the Georgia Insurance Commissioner's office and will take them to small claims court if this doesn't yield results. My dog died and they could care less. Horrible Company!!!

Navigating the apps and placing a claim was super easy. Instructions for payment threw me off since it was a separate webpage but once I made the nee login and account. My payment was made within the hour.

Best pet insurance we’ve had for our dogs
We switched a little over a year ago from a competitor and we LOVE MetLife Pet Insurance. The premium is very competitive, we love that we can bundle the deductible for all of our dogs, having the option to have unlimited coverage with a 90% deductible including preventive care, the ease of use of the app, and how quickly we get paid back. Needless to say, we love this insurance.
