Little to no coverage and terrible customer service
BEWARE! I made a huge mistake enrolling with spot pet insurance. They denied my claim for my dogs torn CCL surgery because they deemed it “pre-existing” because she tore her CCL on the opposite leg 4 years ago. This insurance is a scam and be careful, I used to have FIGO and I regret ever switching. Now I’m stuck with a bill even though my vet provided a letter stating it was not pre-existing.
