Claim denied
I had great experiences with my previous experiences with Figo. I adopted a new dog who had some diarrhea after I first adopted her which is so normal for a dog adjusting to a new environment. 6 months later I took her in for testing for a totally different intestinal disorder and feeling confident this claim would be covered I did several types of testing and my claim was denied as “preexisting condition” which was not the case. I’m seriously considering canceling my policy because of concern for future claims being denied.

My cat, Scout, after losing weight for a year, was diagnosed with Clostridium Perfringens. Having PetsBest insurance allowed us to get her the treatment and medications she needed to get well. Your staff, both on the phone and by email, was considerate, informed and helpful. I have since recommended PetsBest to my neighbors and friends, several of whom have bought policies for their pets. simply not worth the expense
1- i’m not allowed to add preventive care until a year from now (sep 7th 2024) 2- i have to file a claim instead of just being able to use it like regular insurance and have no guarantees of getting my money back 3- on the app it refuses to show me what all is covered by her insurance and only shows what isn’t covered 4- it’s just not a good insurance policy to be dealing with and i will not be renewing or paying another month of this, i will find better for my kitty baby

False advertising- they do not process claims for months
Their website boasts "fast claims". But it's been 4 months and I'm still waiting. I filed 2 claims in June, and it is now September with no resolution, other than emails saying "we're working on it". After MULTIPLE calls wasting my own time, no anwers. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM. They have nice agents, but awful service. They gave me excuses like "we're changing systems". That was 4 MONTHS AGO.
