Quick and accurate claim payment
Our 5 year old Rottie tore her ACL and needed TPLO surgery. We had a minor issue submitting a claim through the website. Cynically, I suspected the worst as this was our first claim. However, when we called to follow up, there was a quick apology and we were asked to submit via email. The email submission wad acknowledged within hours and after a small piece of additional information was provided, the claim was verified and we received a reimbursement check for $2100 within a couple of days. Great customer service and quick follow through, we couldn't be happier.

New to pet insurance
I have never had pet insurance so I debated getting it for our newest dog. You hope to never use it, but just like any insurance, it’s nice to have if you do need it. Thankfully we did not have a large ER bill, but it certainly could have been. The process to make a claim was fairly easy. There was a little extra than I expected, but thankfully our regular vet had what we needed. Thank you for providing this option.

Never received insurance quote
I asked for an insurance quote August 29,2023. Followed up twice and they said that it would be done shortly. Followed up today Sept 12,2023. It is still not ready. I wanted to compare what I have and their rate. I asked for it to be escalated. Apparently they will call in 48 hours. Obviously they make WAY to much money to be concerned with my policy. Great thing that they email you the transcript. Their incompetence and lack of effort is in writing. Just may have dodged a bullet.
