I definitely recommend this company
Very happy with this company. This is the 2nd time I've had to file a claim and both times all I had to pay was my deductible and my 10% and they pay 90%. The one thing I feel they can improve on is the processing time. The first time my claim was processed Very quickly, but this time it took over a month, therefore I only gave a 4 star review.

DON'T PAY FOR A YEAR ALL AT ONCE!!!!
My experience with Embrace has been horrible from the start. First, they started a claim the day after I purchased the policy because someone filed the wellness check and orthopedic exam that I submitted the wrong way. And worst of all, I emailed them to follow up on all the documents sent regarding my dogs health. I clearly stated in my email that, if my dog was evaluated with a pre-existing condition, that I was going to cancel my policy. I gave them plenty of time to respond to me and when they didn't, I figured that my dog got the all clear. HELL NO!!!! THEY CONTACTED ME 3 DAYS AFTER THE TIME ALLOWED FOR A FULL REFUND IF CANCELED. I WAS A DAMM FOOL TO PAY FOR A WHOLE YEAR. BECAUSE, NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP 150.00 FROM MY REFUND. I AM NOT GOING TO ACCEPT THIS. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS PRIOR TO THE CUT-OFF DATE AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I THINK THEY DO THIS CRAP ON PURPOSE. IT'S VERY UNETHICAL TO RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. AND HEY EMBRACE.... DO NOT ATTACHED ANY BS COOKIE CUTTER POLICY JARGEN TO MY REVIEW!!!! YOU ALL JUST TALK OUT OF THE SIDE OF YOUR NECK ANYWAYS.
