Complete rip off…shop for pet insurance elsewhere
This is the worse pet insurance you could possibly purchase! Absolutely do not purchase this for your pet as they make it super difficult to file a claim and they deny most of them. It is a total rip off and they just take your money. They will have a few good reviews as they do pay out a small percentage but it’s like a Ponzi scheme as others pay the price for a few pay outs they do make. Our claims were denied and the second claim for our dog accidentally injured her right ccl chasing a puppy and they denied our claim as an accident. Again, shop around and stay clear of ASPCA as it’s NOT what they advertise.

Our overall experience with Embrace has been great up until I received the following email which left us wondering what if any coverage we have going forward. Alfie is a very healthy little dog and has virtually no issues outside of the Foxtail he picked up in his foot. If we can't get clarification soon, we will sadly have to seek out another provider. "Even though Alfie has some pre-existing conditions, your policy is still going to provide you with great range of coverage for the unexpected problems that Alfie might face. If you feel I am incorrect in my assessment, please have your veterinarian send in a letter clarifying the situation and I will be happy to reassess this information at that time. I find myself somewhat overwhelmed by this review, as it appears that the policies are continually evolving to benefit the company rather than its customers. Premiums are consistently increasing at a rate that exceeds wage growth. Additionally, the claims processing is far from straightforward; it is mired in a complex web of underwriting bureaucracy driven by the interests of the CEO and shareholders. If premium rates continue to rise, the company risks losing its customer base.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I have met life and pets best. Two dogs, and I submit the claims on the same day. Met life has a turn around time frame of around one week. Many times not even that long. Pets best will take over a month. Something as simple as allergies. My fur baby gets the same medication every month. Yet, it takes over a month to process the claim. The paperwork been sitting on someone’s desk for almost a month. Then a month later the company will tell you something is missing. It has been a horrible experience dealing with this company. By the way, I was just told the turn around time is now 42 days.

Ease of Filing a Claim
I was undecided about which pet insurance to get for my new puppy. The veterinary clinic I went to had pamphlets about Pumpkin Pet Insurance so I took one and read it. I signed up for the insurance after reading it covered so many things for new puppies. My puppy got an exam and one vaccination. I paid for it and sent a copy of the bill to Pumpkin. They deposited the full amount into my bank account within a few days. I’m very happy with the turnaround time and ease of turning in the claim.

TERRIFIC COMPANY.We have had Embrace for over 7 years
We have had Embrace for over 7 years. Service has always been excellent. Have called Customer Service a couple of times and Representatives were friendly, caring, knowledgeable and reassuring. Claims processing is FAST. We highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.
