Having had experience with several insurers over many years, this is the most difficult company I have dealt with. Recently my claim submission was a few days late due to my personal medical condition, therefore it was rejected. There is an ability to have the claim reviewed again and in this case I asked that a supervisor contact me. I received a reply that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. Here it is 5 days later and still no call back.
