Fetch Pet has consistently been difficult to deal with. They are first to reject legitimate claim and the claimant always has to contact them back. It seems the corporate policy is to reject first. Having had experience with several insurers over many years, this is the most difficult company I have dealt with. Recently my claim submission was a few days late due to my personal medical condition, therefore it was rejected. There is an ability to have the claim reviewed again and in this case I asked that a supervisor contact me. I received a reply that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. Here it is 5 days later and still no call back.

Claim denied without even requesting the vet records
Unfortunately our insurance claim was denied prior to them even requesting the medical records for the claim. Now that we have started the appeal process, they finally requested the vet hospital stay notes from the veterinary office. How do you deny a claim without even researching it?
