I was told to send my medical records to hartvillegroup.com which I did back on 9/15/23. When I called last week, they reported that I they never received any records? So I resubmitted through my app on my phone last week, and now apparently my claims have been submitted and are being processed? So my only complaint is that they need to be more clear about where to send claims to have them processed within a reasonable time?

Claims are processed so quickly! We had accumulated a few a claims and all were processed within the week!

Good until it wasn’t
I had spot for 2 years and it was great until they decided that my dog, who is perfectly healthy with no medical conditions, was too old. My monthly payment doubled and spot became unaffordable. If you have a young pet with no conditions, you’ll probably get a fair price. If you have an older pet you’ll probably want to look elsewhere for coverage.

VERY SATISFIED
I have to contact my providers (Shaw, Rogers, my bank) from time to time. The MOST frustrating issue I come across is the people I'm communicating with have not mastered the English spoken language. This ends up costing me time either repeating what I said or them repeating what they said because I did not understand them. I was actually very surprised when I called you. She was clear, consise and very easy to understand. VERY impressed. Thank you.
