Does 9 years being a customer mean anything?
I have been a customer of Embrace for 9 years. Not only have my premiums gone up 379% in that time, but when I asked for one exception to file a claim past the submission time I was told no. I was taking care of family and thought for sure after 9 years they would allow just one exception. After being on hold for 38 minutes...the answer was no. I guess loyalty doesn't mean anything at Embrace. Following your response...I am still a current customer (locked in until 8/25) and find it shocking you can't find my account...again disappointing.

This is my first time having pet insurance. My experience has been really great. Sending in my invoices for review and payment has been very easy. Payments have been super fast and Embrace keeps me notified to check my app for results. Can’t get any better than that. Exceptional especially that I am not very good at technology. Direct deposit failure
While claims are paid- their direct deposit doesn't work and I've tried several times with different claims (both medical & wellness). Claims have been literally backlogged for a couple of months while waiting for an actual check because direct deposit doesn't work. Also, the wellness plan is very hard to submit since it is not a medical claim. Otherwise, good experience

Flip flopping
It seems you don’t get the same representative even when they give you there number. I was told when I call back I must ask for a medical review when I enroll but no one seems to know what that is. Finally got someone who researched medical review but they can take 30 to 45 days to determine if anything is pre-existing this is were the trickery comes in. Once you sign up you only have 30 days to cancel. So if you are still waiting for their results from the medical review and it goes past the 30 days you are locked in. The medical review is what differentiates from other companies if not, there are better options out there keep looking for a pet insurance company that works for you not entrapment.
