Easy, fast, compassionate animal lovers
We've had Healthy Paws coverage for our dog for years, and they've been outstanding at providing quick, easy reimbursements for medical issues. This year our dog got very sick with an aggressive form of cancer, and we wouldn't have been able to afford the necessary medical treatments without insurance. I've been very impressed at how simple it is to submit a claim and how fast they have provided reimbursement, sometimes even within 24 hours of the medical procedure. I also appreciate that I got a very human message from a HP employee asking how our dog was doing after noticing a series of serious-sounding treatments. I recommend them fully.

Easy to submit claim and very fast turn around
We recently had a very scary emergency with our pup and had to go to the ER in the middle of the night. Thankfully, he is okay! The cost of his emergency visit was very high because they had to do blood work and take X-rays to figure out what was wrong. We immediately submitted the claim and received our reimbursement check within a few days. It was such a relief. Someone also emailed us to see how our pup was doing, which was so nice!
