I was able to file my claim on-line, even though I am not computer savy (too old). But I did it! Fletch's communication was good during the process. Thank you.

I’m weary of insurance companies but Fetch has been fantastic
I’m always weary of insurance companies but Fetch has been fantastic. We have an English Bulldog and these dogs are known to have medical problems. However Fetch has coverage her oral palate surgery and allergy medications without hesitation. The claims process is very easy to use. My only complaint is that they do take several weeks to review the claim, but we’ve never had any issues with them denying a claim and their customer service has been quite responsive.

First time having pet insurance and woud recommend MetLife over any other pet insurance out there. Couldn't be any easier filing and very quick reimbursement. Very happy we have this for unexpected visits to the vet! Simply the best!

Easy peasy claims
I just signed up for embrace pet insurance for my new puppy. I just submitted my first claim today and it was extremely easy. I haven’t reached my annual deductible yet but I’m sure they pay you back in a timely fashion, once you do meet it. They have a lot of options to choose from too… you can choose your annual deductible, annual reimbursement limit, and your reimbursement percentage. You also have the option for exam fees and prescription drugs. Depending on how you make your annual plan these add-on’s are cheap and worth it. The only thing that I have found annoying is that I’m still waiting to hear back about a name change I requested twice. Other than that, everything is great
