I have submitted required documentation…
I have submitted required documentation on three different occasions with no results. I even sent required documentation via US Mail, called, they said they received it, now they say they never got it. I am very disgusted with this company and will be cancelling my policy with them on my 3 dogs.

I have used Nationwide Pet Ins for approx 6 years. I am so impressed with the quick turnaround time once I submit a claim to the time I receive reimbursement. I have told so many pet parents about Nationwide Pet Ins and how easy it is to submit a claim or ask a question, etc. I will stay with Nationwide.
