Fast, detailed processing!
My last two claims have been processed in 24 hours. They send a detailed EOB with the processed claim. We have been using the insurance for a year for two of our cats. Last year the process was much slower. We plan on continuing to use Pets Best and adding a new kitten this fall.

I had ordered two platinum policies for two dogs. Muffin came in gold. Got on the phone to change Muffin to platinum and I was told I had to cancel out the policy and start over again. I was being assisted by someone and there was a hang up. No one called me back. Not good customer service
