Pets Best offers great coverage for your pet at a reasonable price. As long as you provide the necessary documentation, you will be reimbursed for the covered expenses. They stay in touch during the process and are great to work with. We've been with them for over 2 years and will continue to stay with them.

I have to wait 13 months to get my dogs…
I have to wait 13 months to get my dogs teeth fixed!!! What kind of service is that!!! If I take my dog to the vet and he has teeth that are rotting, I refuse to wait over a year so that the infection could spread to his heart! I rescued him almost 2yrs ago and when we rescued him, we found out he has bad teeth. At the time 15 teeth were rotting and insurance barley covered anything. Now we were told he had a few rotting teeth, so i took him back for extraction and $0 was covered from almost $700 that i paid out of pocket. What's the point of paying for this insurance if you don't cover what my pet needs?!?!?!

Worthless “insurance” that hasn’t reimbursed for anything of significance despite paying nearly $400 per year in premiums. Will be cancelling soon and advise others not to bother with this “insurance.”

Emergency surgery for kitty
My cat had an intestinal obstruction that required many tests and an emergency surgery. Filing the claim online was extremely easy (took literally five minutes) and I had the reimbursement money in my account in less than a week. We are so glad we had this insurance when this happened.
