Long term, and grateful, customer
I’ve had ASPCA insurance for quite a few years and have always been so relieved that I can count on them to help me and my pets in our time of need. I’ve realized that claims get processed faster when you provide both the medical records and invoice. I’ve called a few times and was always comforted by the team there ❤️

Rip off! Happy to take my money but not willing to give any back
Literally collected thousands of dollars of dollars from me over the years and now won't even consider a claim 1. Because I submitted it too late (gee I might have been busy taking care of my ill pet) and 2. Because they can't find the records I submitted 12 years ago (when they had a different name) to prove that my dog was healthy when I signed her up when she was 18 months old (claim was for her death at age 13.5 years) Also can't get in touch with a real person.

HJealthy Paws for Healthy Kitty
