Quit Trupanion, Set Aside RainyDay Funds
Very little gets covered by the insurance. It would be much cheaper to just set aside the amount that I pay Trupanion so I can have my own rainy day funds. This experience is definitely making me rethink this service and would not recommend.

A real comparison
We have both Trupanion and Embrace insurance. Trupanion has paid four claims in 2 months within a day of filing. Embrace pets has been reviewing our claims for weeks with no contact at all. I wanted to see what the difference was between the two. Now I know

Hi Furkin, Today I called for my pet Tillie as I heard about you guys from my uncle who recently enrolled with you guys. I was looking for a quote and possibly enrolling with Furkin. I am very happy to say that I got all the information I needed. The representative I spoke to, Devin, was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and was very thorough in all the information she was giving me. She did not use any language that would be up for interpretation (was very clear) and was very patient with me and happy to repeat when I didn't quite catch something.
