They are the worst
They are the worst. They did not cover an ear infection because our dog has a history of skin allergies..this was a fungal infection and she was so miserable… this had nothing to do with skin allergies. They lied and said they called our vet but they did not. This was an ear infection, not an allergy..Otitis…dismissed us very easily. They absolutely don’t give a care about your animal. We wasted our money for the last 5 plus months. Don’t get it, you will regret

NOT EVEN CUSTOMER'S BEST....
I am disabled senior displaced from new home due to environmental, biohazardous debris in studio apt for 1 mo and counting, canceled PuppySpot delivery and failed to cancel Pet's Best insurance. Many health and habibility issues persist. Pet's Best will only reimburse me for 1 month due to their rigid 30 day cancellation policy. PB website is ADA non-compliant and operator has no phone number for me to escalate my request for the 1 more month of reimbursement. This presents 1 more violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Inaccessibility, inflexibile rules, rigid rip-off, very poor customer service is a serious RED FLAG for pet owners with disabilities.

Thank you Airvet and Healthy Paws!!!
I cannot thank Healthy Paws enough for always being there for my zillion claims that I have had to submit for my poor dog, Ruby Skye. The last one was because she got ahold of a candy bar containing chocolate and raisins. Because of the Airvet App they have generously provided, I was able to reach out to a vet at midnight to get advice. I took her to the emergency room right away because of their quick response which probably saved her life. She was later admitted to the hospital to flush the toxins from her system as her kidney numbers kept climbing where she stayed for two days. I am beyond grateful that the vet at Airvet was there when I needed him and Healthy Paws reimbursed me for most of the expenses.
