Unbelievable Rate Hikes
I had no problem with my insurance coverage with Embrace; however, after my first year with them they decided to raise my premium. That, in and of itself, was not the problem. THE FACT THAT THEY DECIDED TO RAISE THE PREMIUMS BY OVER 51% a month was enough to make me cancel my coverage and move to another company. I’ll never use them again.

Placed multiple follow ups
Placed multiple follow ups, in last follow up requested a call to discuss and did not receive a call or email (only an automated email directing me to view claim status) and Ive still yet to receive confirmation or even an update on the pre-certifation submitted by my vet that is associated with the CT scan.
