My baby Wesley wasn’t feeling too good
My baby Wesley wasn’t feeling too good. I took him to the vet to get checked out and found out he had a Heart murmur. I put in my claim and 1 week later it was completed. Great turnaround. Thank you 🙏🏾

Spot On! Review
Spot pet insurance for puppies paid about 50% of our first vet. visit for health wellness checkup. I'm in for 80% reimbursement, the extras went above the Spot limits on payments, so I need to check the limits and stay within them. Payment was in about a week after our visit to Vet. I do have a SERIOUS REQUEST FOR SPOT, though. Please find a way to allow us to send claims without needing a pdf-jpg change. I don't have computer, and converting on my Mobile is expensive, requires subscr. to computer for phones. Could you make a text message claim form link that can then be sent to you by phone text or email? A HUGE HELP if you could! Thank you. ( I'd give you five stars except for this problem! ) So far, so good...

Best decision I could have made!
I am so thankful I chose Spot Pet Insurance! My cat swallowed a bunch of hair ties and needed emergency surgery to save her life. Surgery happened Thursday, claim was filed Saturday, and I received my reimbursement the following Wednesday. The process could not have been simpler and best of all, I was able to save our family pet without worrying about the cost!

They just jacked up the premiums 33%…
They just jacked up the premiums 33% with no explanation or notice. I am ditching them. I found their claims requirements not very user friendly but this latest move is like a bait and switch.
