Trupanion for life!
Trupanion is an amazing company with phenomenal team members. Every experience I have had has been great because they are knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough addressing questions or concerns. Having Trupanion has made frightening times so much easier to navigate because it takes a huge monetary concern away so you can focus on your fur babes when they need you most. I currently have two dogs insured through them and will be a Trupanion customer for life. Thank you for all you do!

Easy enrollment for new dog
Recently adopted a senior dog. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get coverage for her considering she’s 12 years old but the process to add her to my existing account was incredibly easy! Now my family can breathe easy knowing our newest addition will have the same health coverage my other two pups have.

Stay far away from Trupanion…
Terrible experience this year with Trupanion! After reading the below reviewer’s mass removal experience I realized that not all customers will be treated equally. My dog had surgery to remove several masses earlier this year. Even the kind that can turn into cancer as my vet warned. I assumed this would be covered. Wrong! They only covered $240.69 out of an over $2,000 surgery. Less than my deductible! They applied the deductible to each and every mass separately for one single surgery! That is pretty underhanded if you ask me. They were not cosmetic, they were medically necessary. One was affecting my dogs vision. Some were infected or removed as prevention for further growth and infection. When we called the representative was extremely rude and he even argued with us. It was traumatizing to me as I was trying to tend to my healing dog. And now they are raising the rate by a large amount for next year. I cannot warn people enough to shop else ware and stay far away from Trupanion. I will forever warn people of this. As your dog ages the premiums become unaffordable and they will argue with you as to why services are not covered. Even life saving ones.
