Our three year old Chesapeake Bay…
Our three year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever had a recent three day emergency hospital stay with several tests/procedures totaling over $7000. Submitting a claim based on invoice only took less than 10 minutes and Embrace handled the rest of process of contacting primary and emergency veterinarian. Our claim was processed and funds deposited directly into checking account in less than a week.

Im so thankful for this pet insurance
Im so thankful for this pet insurance. I've always heard bad things about insurances, but I have had such a great experience so far. They cover what they say they will cover consistently. Its a life saver with my cat who suddenly got diabetes. Navigating a diagnoses and treatment plan was stressful, and knowing that my pet insurance is helping me is so reassuring.

Very tedious process to submit claims…
Very tedious process to submit claims vs healthy paws on my other dogs. Even after chosing my pet and then submit claims, you have to go through multiple screens on the hospital (chewy), then to chose my dog again, then to chose her diagnosis etc, then 2 screens to review etc. I had to do this tedious process 7 times for the last 7 months of her monthly meds for cushings disease. Payment of claims is also slow compared to Healthy paws where it's done and in my bank in 2 days.

Six calls to process one claim
Filed a claim which met eligibility criteria, but was immediately denied because ASPCA said they needed veterinarian chart notes. ASPCA stated fax from get was blank. Over five months I called ASPCA six times to be told process was being expedited, just waiting for vet notes. Followed up with my vet - they had faxed notes four times to ASPCA. We only got reimbursed because we kept bugging ASPCA to do their job.
