I'd give them zero stars if I could
I'd give them zero stars if I could! I've submitted several claims, none of which were covered, including diagnostic work to rule out a brain tumor on my dog. Customer service is terrible. When I finally did talk to someone, he said he'd research why it wasn't covered because my vet had submitted all the paperwork they had asked for and of course, I never heard from him again. Currently shopping for another carrier but I am beginning to think these pet insurance companies are all scam artists taking advantage of people because they know we'd do whatever we could for our pets. Update as requested: I2259722A Submit date: 12/28/22. I am using my middle name on this site, just fyi. Please contact me privately from here on out.

I have been trying to reach out to…
I have been trying to reach out to embrace for months with no success in getting a response. This issue has been going on for over 10 months and NO ONE has tried to help me or even responded. I’m extremely dissatisfied with embraces customer service if one can even call it that. Embrace is taking $70 a month and not doing anything to help me. What am I paying for!?!
