Switching insurance
I have had an awful time with my illness claims! The wellness is incredibly quick and easy but illness claims take forever. I had to call them so many times to get my claim through all because errors on their behalf. They claimed my claim was prior to the waiting period but my waiting period was long over before that. It was ridiculous.

I appreciate the prompt processing of claims and responsiveness to questions. I was disappointed to hear that dental work is only covered if the deep cleaning and exam with anesthesia was done before age 1. From what my vet told me this is not routinely done until age 3.

Reimbursement is fast
I am so glad I chose Pets Best for my Rottweiler. Unfortunately he has osteosarcoma and needed an amputation. Pets Best has been so fast reimbursing us for the vet charges and let me say there are lots of charges. Thank you so much

So far, so good
In the last few months that my fur baby joined our family, she's had some health issues. It didn't take long to use up her deductible and the reimbursements to begin. Unfortunately, she had an unavoidable vet visit which put one of her issues into the "pre-existing" category. I didn't realize it until one of her vet charges wasn't covered.

Healthy Paws was top notch in service…
Healthy Paws was top notch in service and an actual person took time to check in on my dog to ensure that he was doing well after an emergency surgery, rather than sending some canned email. I was so touched that they genuinely were interested in my dog's well being and we weren't just a "case". I would highly, highly recommend Healthy Paws for any pet owner. They processed our claim quickly, answered all of our questions respectfully and timely and, again, followed up directly to make sure all was well. A++++++ service
