Quick and Easy
It is so easy to download Vet bills and receive the review. Payment was almost immediate. I have received payments in the past for routine vet bills, but my 2 year old needed to have 2 teeth extracted (due to overcrowding and decay). After the deductible, the 80% payment was so welcome.

Great service
Healthy Paws was top notch in service and an actual person took time to check in on my dog to ensure that he was doing well after an emergency surgery, rather than sending some canned email. I was so touched that they genuinely were interested in my dog's well being and we weren't just a "case". I would highly, highly recommend Healthy Paws for any pet owner. They processed our claim quickly, answered all of our questions respectfully and timely and, again, followed up directly to make sure all was well. A++++++ service

Very bad experience misleading, and scam
Very bad experience I was told dental was covered, it's NOT!!!!!! Everything is pre-existing, and this was not told, ****I want a refund, mislead, and lied to Agent yelled at me, when asked for refund, she refused and told me she was hanging up on me! I had to cancel my card!
