I must say wasn't sure what it would be like using Embrace for my pet insurance. I had to submit my first claim which did take a bit longer than I expected to process. However any further claims I submitted were done very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised.

I have had three pets through Embrace…
I have had three pets through Embrace Pet Ins. I have never had a bad experience dealing with anyone at Embrace. When I would call to talk to someone they were always very caring and feels like they care about my dog. Just a great experience every time. I love Embrace and the people that work there! You always get your refund swiftly. Every time I had to put in a claim. I would see the refund with in a couple of days after I sent it in. Just amazing.

Best Customer Service I’ve ever Experienced
Kyann was the most helpful, kind, and efficient customer service representative I have ever spoken with. She made a difficult and daunting process seem possible, manageable, and dare I say easy. She was so personable and truly a credit to your organization. Knowing that there’s customer service of Kyan’s caliber at the other end of the phone is worth the whole cost of the premium and I would encourage leadership to fast track her for advancement, promotion, and a raise. She is absolutely amazing.
