Very slow pay if ever
Very slow pay. Kept saying they didn’t have paperwork that I had already sent them, sometimes more than once. Rejected clearly legitimate claims. After a year some claims still not resolved. Zero feedback from them. After I filed a claim, my premium nearly doubled for my two dachshunds.

My policy was put on hold in October 2023, during this time I am unable to apply discounts or make changes. They also doubled my policy when fires happened in the area, my area wasn't even on evacuation...

Healthy Paws made it possible to get my dog the care she needed without having to think twice, and they even followed up after our emergency to see how she was recovering. They care about pets and customers and filing a claim is very clear and easy. We highly recommend!

If I could give less stars I would! I'm disgusted with the way customer service handles these cases. They also try to remove every possible coverage so you don't actually get reimbursement for the procedures. FIND A BETTER INSURANCE COMPANY!
