Fetch makes it so easy to file claims. My dog became very ill very suddenly and unexpectedly. He is so special to our family and we have been able to give him the best care thanks to Fetch. Claims are so easy to file and payment is reliable.

Excellent response time
Submitted a claim on Nov 29th and received an Explanation of Benefits on Dec. 2nd. That is an excellent turn-around time for any insurance company. Process to submit claims is so quick and simple.

Horrible Provider
They are difficult to get a hold of and do not provide the service you pay for. Sent them a myriad of information and was still told that i had not provided enough to process the claim. Then when attempting to cancel my policy they have done everything they can to make it as difficult as possible. They are a money sink with no benefit to you or your pet. I would advise avoiding and seeking an alternative provider.

I have had great experience with Spot insurance. We had an unexpected injury our girl tore her cruciate ligament and had to have surgery. I turned in my invoice and was paid within the week. They have been great!
