Fantastic Pet Insurance
I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws! The claims process is incredibly easy, the turnaround time is extremely fast and they are great about covering your pet. We had Healthy Paws with our first Golden Retriever and they were a life saver in terms of vets bills as she got older (she lived to be almost 15). We have them again with our Golden Retriever puppy, who unfortunately has had tummy troubles and hurt her paw. They have been terrific again.

It was incredibly easy to get in touch with a remote vet, to submit expenses, and also to get reimbursed. I would highly recommend Figo to any pet owners.

Terrible Customer Service
In 2023, my VISA was compromised twice, in March and again in November. I had to cancel my card immediately and request a new card, which takes at least 4 business days. As a result, I missed my March and November payments of $66 for home insurance. In each case, I called as soon as I had my new VISA to update my account; and the second time I called, in November, I was told my policy was being cancelled due to 2 missed payments in 12 months. Am I the only one who finds this completely outrageous? Do they do any research to see if their customer deserves to be cancelled or not? How about a 58 year old who has worked 25 years at the University of Toronto, and has a 900 credit score. Oh, this isn't the type of customer you want, Sonnet? Okay, bye.

So Far, So Good. Spot has helped me so much with my furry friend vet bills. They're reliable, on time reimbursements, depending on your plan they cover most check ups. I've had them for one year now and so far everything has worked out for me. I am going on for a renewal for my second year now. I do recommend Spot insurance for your furry best friend.
