Never responded to any of my emails…
Never responded to any of my emails about my claim. Constantly on app said I needed to upload my invoice and I did 3 times and not once was anything done or founded for me. This company Is a joke even when I called to cancel they didn’t even try to alleviate or ask why I was cancelling this company could give a rats ass about your pets. Don’t sign up find something that’ll actually help

If it wasn't for the price sonnet…
If it wasn't for the price sonnet insurance would have no customers. You treat customers like a number and nothing more. Worse experience I have ever had with a company. I was extremely disappointed with the service and the run around and all the waiting with no solid explanation

3 stars because I thought my vet would…
3 stars because I thought my vet would be able to bill Embrace Pet Insurance and I would pay the difference, like I do with my health insurance. Instead, I learned that I had to pay the full amount in advance then submit a claim. I also was not able to consult Embrace about whether the charges would be covered because it was a holiday. This was very unexpected, and scary because I am afraid Embrace won't cover his bill.

Absolute worst
I've probably lost a fews years off my life having to deal with them and I was only with them for 4months. In that time there were no major claims, only x-ray and blood work that I thought would be covered but phone calls led no where and emails kept being ignored. It was mind boggling and I loathed seeing Hello Woof Meow emails that completely ignored any of what I had asked and started the whole circus again of me having to send/phone my questions again. I can't fathom who all of these people are giving positive reviews. The only possible explanation is they're fake reviews and those names have been stolen. Wishing all pets stay healthy and this company goes out of business!

Not an insurance company, Criminal organization that only takes money
We had them for a year and filed 4 claims totaling close to 2K. The reimbursement from these scammers was $0. WTF!! The claims process is extremely tedious. When I filed I already got the feeling it was a garbage company. They claim to be proud of being able to help pet parents. The sad truth is that they are only proud of scamming you out of your hard-earned money. The only reason we got a policy is because we are Costco members. We will be canceling the Figo policy shortly as we already purchased a new policy with a better-rated company.

Oh my gosh
Oh my gosh! my wife and I loved Rebecca (Sales rep) from Prudent Pet. She really helped our decision, on purchasing the best coverage for our baby Bella. She was able to relate to us with her own personal experience as an pity parent. What a wonderful experience.
