This insurance is a scam. They did not cover any of my puppies new diagnosed problems. I turned in three separate claims for three separate issue. All three were denied without explanation. I emailed asking for explanation twice and received no response. Weeks later I got an email they are canceling my coverage. I never requested for it to be canceled, but I’m glad it was. It’s nearly impossible to communicate with the company. Don’t waste your money or time on SPOT Pet Insurance.

What Does My Policy Cover?
Don is very friendly and took the time to ensure me what my policy covers. He also explained to me when my policy renews and my deductible.
