Regret
We are regretting using Embrace for our pet insurance. Between vets who are quick to diagnose a medical problem with outrageous expenses but don’t take the time to evaluate pets for more serious underlying diseases to insurance companies who are quick to escalate premiums without approving claims. We are very disappointed with both insurance companies and the outrageous costs veterinarian practices charge.

High efficiency reimbursement process
I was pleasantly surprised by the high efficiency of Spot Pet’s reimbursement process. It was simple and straightforward as it promises: create an account, follow the instructions on the website, submit the bills, and wait for the refund. We only provided the vet’s information, which is searchable, so no typing necessary; they asked the medical record (if it applies) directly from the vet.
