Helpful and a relief
When our baby cat got sick and we had to visit two separate emergency rooms in one night, it was a relief to know that in the midst of the stress, at least the cost would be aided by insurance. Worrying about it was the last thing on our minds. The entire process was very simple and quick.

Awesome company
Have been very pleased with all aspects of Embrace insurance . The claim process is incredibly quick , easy and user friendly. The communication and commitment to detail and follow up is remarkable. Claims are processed fairly and quickly. As a physician I deal with health insurance companies multiple times a day and I am used to denials, excessive paperwork and constant roadblocks. It is quite a pleasant surprise to have come across such a polar opposite company

Slow process
Pets best ALWAYS likes to take their sweet time over 3 weeks to process our claims. But they're right on time taking money out of my account when my quarterly payment is due. Very frustrating

Find Another Pet Insurance
This company truly tries to get out of every claim filed. They do not support our animals. Update: To respond to the companies response. I did reach out for help. I spoke to your customer service and claim manager (Mrs. Wood). Not sure why you are acting like I did not have an account, but this is just another example of another company with shady business practices. I see you claim to cover 92% claims to make the onlookers question my review, but statements don’t make things true. Experiences make it true and if anyone is looking at this post, I had the worst experience with this company. Down right dirty.
