Metlife is TOPS
I work in the veterinary field where I am exposed to many pet insurance companies that our clients have enrolled in. Metlife is stellar in all areas especially in their phone presence. Last year we rescued a 5 month old puppy when 9 days later he chewed up a wooden hair brush, a pen, box of tissues and part of a book. Due to the sharpness of the pen and brush he had to have full surgery. MetLife did not question any of the process and reimbursed us the 90% that we had enrolled in. We highly rec Metlife and are customers forever!

The process to submiot claim took 2 minutes and was notified it was approved within 2 days. They even followed up by email to check on his health! Very satisfied with this experience.
