Great, compassionate customer care
I spent a lot of time "googling" and researching pet insurance companies after adopting a rescue dog a few months ago. I am so glad that I found Lemonade. My plan is affordable, and the Lemonade team is professional, compassionate, and takes the time to explain things clearly. I've had 2 claims in the last 3 months and so far I am very happy as is my pet dog! I've already recommended Lemonade to some people, most recently to the technician who works with my dentist. In fact, I made my recommendation during a root canal procedure!

Lemonade makes submitting claims and getting reimbursed so easy! The support agents are always so helpful and I love their periodic check ins after submitting a claim. I wish that health insurance for humans was this simple!!

My first pet insurance for my 2 babies!
It was my first time having pet insurance. I also have their renters insurance and I'm so so satisfied with them and have peace of mind with them. After the vet visit, they approve the claim within 1-2 business days and they're super friendly and walk me thru every single thing on their policy. Especially an agent named Michele cared about my pet's health and worked so hard to get my claim approved on the same day. I'm 100% satisfied with their insurance when it comes to preventative care but I just wish they have more coverage for dental!

Couldn't be happier with Lemonade's policy and customer service.
I compared 8 different, top-rated pet insurance companies in my area. On paper, Lemonade was the best for my immediate needs, so I decided to go purchase the policy with them.
I appreciate their transparency—they clearly list what they do and don't cover, and allow you the option to add-on additional services so you can pay for the services you actually want to use.
The claims process is pretty easy. You can do it right from your phone. (One criticism I have is that I would also like the option to submit claims from my desktop). I pay the vet in advance, and submit claims and get reimbursed automatically into my bank account within a few days after the claim is approved.
My pet has one issue that presented before her insurance waiting period was over, so Lemonade doesn't cover the treatments. Whenever they need to deny my claim, someone actually calls me to explain to me why the procedure/treatment isn't covered so I fully understand. I really can't ask for better customer service than that!

Pet insurance
I have used Lemonade for both my Labradoodles. It is easy to file a claim and i get my reimbursement quick. The monthly premium is very affordable also.

no matter how later or how earlier there is always a way to reach out someone. And a zip zap reimbursement
Nice and helpful people to support us. The reimbursement has been coming in 2xor 3 days after put in a claim.
I could expect any better.
