Best Decision We Made

We adopted a rescue Mastiff last June and I was on the fence about pet insurance. I've had pets before and they never had any serious issues so I wasn't entirely convinced that we needed it.One trip to the vet and $450 later, we signed up and thank goodness we did. In the nine months that we've had our 110 lb bundle of joy, she's had three UTI's and the antibiotics alone are enough to make your jaw drop. If it wasn't for Embrance, we would be in some serious vet debt but they have come through each and every time. The customer service is phenomenal, they keep in touch via email to keep you informed of your claim status; I've always been able to talk to a real live person without waiting when I've called; the explanation of the benefits and the coverage is very straightforward. Working with Embrace is probably one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a service company and I highly recommend using Embrace for your pets.

Amazing Service

We have been very happy with the claims process for our visits to the vet due to allergies in our French Bulldog. Shortly after we met our deductible we had an issue with her stomach (she ate her blanket) and needed surgery. Our claim was processed the same day and a check for 90% arrived 3 days later. We are so grateful to have such wonderful pet insurance and appreciate all of the customer support we received!

Not recommended

I sent two claims on different dogs several months ago. They still have not paid on the claims after receiving the health background for each dog. I have contacted them several times and they keep saying they need the medical records. The vet's office said they have faxed over all the information several times.

Outstanding

Simply stated Embrace offers outstanding insurance plans and stands behind the plan. I am happy to have Embrace covering our 4 pups. They have outstanding customer service, prompt reimbursements, and better than all of that, no gimmicks, they truly cover what they say they do giving me peace if mind. They are the best!!!!!

Quick Reimbursemen

After my last dog, I decided to get pet insurance as soon as I got my new dog. I checked out several companies and liked Embrace's options the best. I signed up for the medical and the wellness options. The wellness portion definitely pays for itself every year, with the annual physicals and vaccinations, etc. The medical portion I've fortunately not had any catastrophes yet, but on the illnesses that have taken me to the vet, I get a partial refund on most. Obviously the real reason is in case she needs surgery or something else major. So all in all, I'm very happy with Embrace.

Wonderful!

My cat had an unusual series of diagnostic tests in the past year and Embrace has reimbursed me the expected amount every time, no questions asked. I work in an animal hospital and have seen our clients struggle with other pet insurance companies; their claims are denied for stupid reasons and they are given the run-around. I have not had this experience with Embrace. My cat visited a cardiologist and an oncologist this year (both very expensive) and Embrace paid me without even requesting vet records, which I was more than happy to send. It was a stressful time for me, thinking that my beloved kitty was sick, but Embrace helped me focus on Lola and not on the expense. Thank you!

I have a collie who is going through a bladder and urinary problem and a sheltie that has just had a horrid eye infection. I am so happy that I have trupanion-I left my other insurance company as trying to put in a claim was a nightmare. Trupanion is extremely helpful and easy to work with. I made the right choice in switching!

Can't Say Enough about Embrace

Just do it; you wont regret it.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided on the claim processing...with another claim still to be submitted I'm confident that too will be handled very well. Its a great relief to know the processing is handled so well. I get acknowledgement when the claim is received. Then they let me know it is being reviewed and how long to expect. And it was complete much quicker than expected - less than a week. EOB is easy to read, direct deposit is wonderful. The communication is kind and accurate and timely. Well done - it is appreciated.
