Our most recent rescue was found on the streets. With no medical history we adopted him and focused on getting him up to date with all normal shots and a healthy weight. We later learned that he suffered from entropion in one of his eyes. As it continued to bother him and we saw less and less of that eye ball due to irritation of the globe, we decided to put him in for surgery to get it resolved. He is a very pretty boy with two big full eyes now. After the surgery, I snapped a few pictures of our bills and received a substantial amount of our cost back from Pets Best. The process took 15 mins for about $800 reimbursement. It was well worth it and we're happy we have Alfie insured.

I have had Pets Best insurance for several years- luckily not need it for anything major. However, the claims process is exceedingly easy to do online- with an immediate confirmation of receipt. I have never had an issue with my claims, other than accidentally filing things not covered by my chosen plan! I have suggested this service to many.

When submitting claims to Pets Best, I have been proactive about reaching out to my pet's medical care provider to receive a copy myself and to upload my pet's medical documentation (SOAP notes, discharge instructions etc) invoices, proof of payment, etc to the Pets Best portal. Doing all this has allowed me to get my claims processed faster and sooner than the reported expected wait time. It really has taken off the stress of financial cost when it comes to getting my dog the care she needs, especially when she recently got diagnosed with cancer."
