Great coverage and quick payments - this is exactly what we were hoping for when we made the decision to get pet insurance. The app is very easy to file claims and they update you through every step of the process. Very impressed and very relied to have such great coverage for our pup.

Trupanion doesn't care about insuring your pets, they care about profits $$, plain and simple
They allowed my (separated) wife to cancel the insurance on my two beautiful Mainecoon Feline boys, and by the time I learned of it, it was too late to reinstate the insurance. Now it it going to be 3x the amount and I cannot afford it. In conclusion, they care more about your $$ than they do about protecting animals. Why would they allow someone else to cancel YOUR pet insurance? I'll tell you why, so they can charge you a higher premium once you recommit. p.s. I would have left zero stars if it was an option

I am extremely happy with Trupanion ! After we submitted the claim they responded immediately, which is awesome! We've been stressed out about our dog needing surgery so this really helped a lot. Thank you for all your help during this difficult time, it's much appreciated.
