I was very happy with how easy it was to make a claim. It was easy to supply the information that was needed and they did the rest. They kept us updated on the progress. It didn't take long for us to receive to get reimbursed. They were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Trupanion.

Direct Pay & Trupanion to the rescue
Always delightful to talk to your representatives! The Direct Pay feature worked wonders to satisfy the veterinarians. Not everyone can wake up to an emergency and immediately fork over the large fee that was not there the night before! My hospital, at least, did not tell me about it, though I trumpeted the wonderful Trupanion going into, during and after the procedures. It would have been in their interest, too, to inform me of their participation after all, knowing that they could do all that needed to be done for the patient. . . . . Hmmm.
