Excellent Customer Service
We have had insurance through Pets Plus Us for the last 10 years. They have been kind, friendly and supportive throughout the duration. Our Doxie Bull and Chow Chow German Shepherd mixes came to us with several health issues and injuries. Pets Plus Us covered their claims fairly and promptly. We lost our Doxie Bull in July and our Chow mix last week. This has been a very difficult time for our family. The team at Pets Plus Us have been kind and supportive in our loss. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance for their fur baby.

This is the first time I have purchased insurance for my pets, but it has been a blessing. I highly recommend anyone with a pedigree dog get pet insurance, it's very much worth the additional expense. Great service!
Trupanion has been there for us & our Great Dane since he was diagnosed with his illness.

Cooper's First Claim
When Cooper my Bernese Mountain Dog got sick, the vet ran lots of tests to determine the reason. Some of the tests were quite spendy. I wasn't sure if my claim was going to be fully covered, but the Lemonade team came through and covered everything except the exam. The claim process was fairly easy and the claim was approved quickly. I'm grateful that the experience turned out to be a positive one!
