Trupanion has been an absolute saviour over the years. They're easy to contact, fast and convenient with claims and have always been transparent with what they cover. We have been with Trupanion for four years (and a number of surgeries) and have never had a proper complaint. The only downside to our insurance is the large jumps in monthly payments every year that they associate with increased billing across the province.
Trupanion has been amazing since Rhino our standard poodle was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and had to have X-rays ultrasound consultation with a cardiologist bloodworkmany vet appointments plus expansive prescriped heart medicine .

Trupanion came through when Callie was dealing with first arthritis and later cancer.
Trupanion came through when Callie was dealing with first arthritis and later, cancer. But since I have enrolled Punt, my premiums have increased annually much more than the rate of inflation. Currently, with tax, the monthly premium is over $120 for $200 deductible and 90% coverage.
To have Trupanion insurance gives me peace of mind! The people are extremely professional and caring. The claims are promptly taken care of.
