We have been paying premiums for years.
We have been paying premiums for a few years now and have never submitted a claim until now: our dogs have always been in generally good health. Our small female terrier became ill and after a trip to her vet and then the veterinary emergency room, she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. After 2 days in the hospital, with treatment, she was released to go home: along with a $7k bill…. Embrace covered almost all of it. The process was simple and the response immediate, within 72 hrs. Spot Insurance has been wonderful
Spot Insurance has been wonderful! I never imagined it would need to use it but lo and behold when my pup was diagnosed with luxating patellas his X-rays and surgery claims were processed in less than a week. Even if though we maxed out our annual benefit and only covered half the cost, the service and quick turn around were greatly appreciated and unexpectedly quick! Thank you!
