There was a mistake on Trupanion’s part as to reimbursement.

There was a mistake on Trupanion’s part as to reimbursement. Trupanion looked into it and re-calculated the reimbursement in no time. No harsh words, just hard work. I appreciate how quickly Trupanion processes reimbursement requests.
