This is a total scam
Pet's Best is a scam. Their BBB ratings are terrible. I canceled my policy and they charged me anyway. Then when I notified them, they refunded me for the portion of the month "they covered." They shouldn't have charged me at all since I had canceled. The reason I canceled is because my dog isn't covered unless I've paid for a $1,400 dental exam and cleaning. That is not clear at all in the policy. Their customer service is unresponsive and incapable of listening and can't solve problems. I have asked them for a full refund but they won't respond.

Great pet insurance company
My girl has been ill on and off since I got her. Needless to say the veterinary expenses and hospitalizations as well as the frustration of seeing my dog sick is devastating. I am thankful that Healthy Paws so far has not let me down. The customer service folks are always helpful and kind. I find that they pay in a timely matter and keep me posted.

Because trupanion is the best thing we ever did .
Because trupanion is the best thing we ever did . Every time I've had to call they were such a joy to deal with it's never been a problem. And trupanion never let us down we had to take our baby Lacey to the animal hospital and never had no problems. Try trupanion you will not regret it. Thank God for trupanion.
