This was my first choice for my puppy
This was my first choice for my puppy who is now two years old. Their explanation of the covered benefits are clear and that makes it easier for me in advance. In being honest, I must admit, I almost fell for another provider and ALMOST left. It would have been a TERRIBLE decision. I'm glad I stood with Spot, who paid me accordingly for my vet bills. They care for it's customers and they honestly are not in the business to rob you. I have NO misgivings about having the best insurance for my baby and their name is Spot!

Easy to complete claim forms. Good communication. Coverage as expected. Timely. BUT problems with APP. Uninstaller and reinstalled...no help. Site opens to main page picture only. No way to get in and view claims etc.
