So far so good! I’ve submitted 2 claims for the same issue with my pup. After we met the deductible, Trupanion was true to their word and paid 90% of all the claims. Once the claim was processed I received the reimbursement within 24 hours.
Information given to me in Veterinary office , Lost my previous pet to not having money to treat him and he bled out before my daughter was able to reach a vet who kindly put him down , however he was almost gone BEFORE and had suffered inhumanely ! I was hesitant to get another pet due to my financial situation ,but I was given a wonderful rescued dog whose previous owner took such good care of her but had to re-home her due to their two older rescued fur babies It was instant bonding and I was determine NEVER to have another fur-baby go through what my Scotty did .
